Brief Introduction

The ceramic ball mill is a ball mill with a ceramic substrate. It is a new type of energy-saving ball mill that can be used for grinding various materials, both dry and wet. The machine can be used according to different product types to meet different needs.Ceramic ball mill is suitable for the mixing and grinding of various materials, such as river quartz, gold ore, iron ore, cement clinker, copper ore, pyrrhotite, copper ore, river sand, and glass in many industries such as silicate products, building materials, metallurgy, chemical materials, fertilizers, and non-ferrous metal dressing and glass ceramics.

Advantages

The product particles are relatively uniform.

The yield is about 25% higher than that of the conventional equipment; the unit power consumption is about 26% lower and the grinding consumption is also less compared with others.

The replacement cycle of components is long. There is no noise during operation, and the failure rate is low.

The outlet is designed reasonably; the grinding efficiency is high; the quality of the liner is good, and the investment cost is low.

Working Principle

Ceramic ball mill is a kind of grinding equipment that can work continuously for 24 hours. The continuous ball mill in the ceramic industry is mainly composed of a transmission device, a cylinder device, a feeding device, a discharging device and an electrical control device.The motor drives the cylindrical plate to rotate through the reducer. The ore is gradually broken under the action of impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the barrel through the discharge part. The discharged minerals are classified in the spiral classifier to collect qualified products, and the unqualified ones are returned to the ceramic ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding.
